Terms and Conditions for Pick Your Own Flowers Sessions

1. General Information

• Each session will run from 17:00 to 19:00.

• The meeting point is the farm car park at 17:00. Customers must arrive on time as we will walk to the flower field as a group. Late arrivals may not be able to join.

2. Booking and Participation

• Sessions are limited to 10 participants per session. Pre-booking is essential.

• Participation is limited to individuals aged 16 and above. No under-16s are allowed on the premises.

• Only those who have booked and paid in advance may attend the session.

3. Farm Rules

• No dogs or other pets are permitted on the farm.

• Access is restricted to the designated flower field area only. The rest of the farm, including areas with farm animals and equipment, is strictly off-limits.

• Participants must remain within the designated flower field area at all times and follow all instructions provided by the session leader.

4. Health and Safety

• Sensible footwear is recommended as the ground may be uneven or muddy, especially in wet weather.

• Participants will be provided with sharp snips for cutting flowers. Care must be taken when handling these tools, and they must be returned at the end of the session.

• There are no toilet facilities available on-site.

5. Liability

• Participants attend at their own risk. While every effort has been made to ensure safety, the farm environment carries inherent risks, including uneven ground, mud, and the use of sharp tools.

• The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the session.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Sessions may be cancelled by the organizer due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• Participant cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

 7. Code of Conduct

• Participants must behave responsibly and respect the farm environment, staff, and other attendees.

• Any behaviour deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

8. Meeting Point and Parking

• All participants must meet at the designated farm car park at 17.00. The group will wait until all booked participants have arrived before walking to the flower field.

• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The farm accepts no responsibility for damage to or theft from vehicles.
